Walsall District Camp will be held from 9 to 11 May 2025 at Beaudesert Outdoor Activity Centre!

Price Table

Please note that these prices do not include food, groups will be expected to cater for yourself.

Cancellations made on or before 16th March will be eligible for a full refund. From 17th March onwards, deposits will be non-refundable due to costs incurred. Full refunds after this date will be at the discretion of the organising team.

We expect that groups will camp together, with explorers camping in their own space with other explorer units from the district. There will be limited indoor accommodation, with priority going to beavers if required. Please indicate interest in this below.

An invoice for payment will be generated once this form has been accepted and will be received by email.

During Walsall District Camp, photography and videos will be taken of participants and used on social media. We will provide wristbands to show which young people cannot appear. Please provide the number of Young People who cannot appear on social media in your group
